We are aiming to open around Summer 2025.

We are intending to open 7 days a week, but this could change. Opening hours are yet to be confirmed, so please keep an eye out for it.

We are a Boxing Gym and Injury Rehabilitation Centre. We will be running boxing classes for all ages and abilities throughout the week. There will be opportunities for you to do 121 PT sessions, as well as having access to an on-site Sports Therapist who can provide Sports Massages as well as personalised injury plans that can also be carried out on site.

We aim to provide affordable monthly membership rates for classes, but if you can't commit then that's okay too! We'll be offering pay as you go prices, too!

Although we haven't confirmed prices as of yet, what we do know is we will be running exclusive discounts for NHS and Emergency Services, as well as further discounts for families. Keep your eyes peeled for more information.

Not at all! We welcome all ages and abilities in our gym. The important thing is you want to learn. Our team will teach you everything you need to know. There will be a class to suit your ability level.

Boxing for fun, boxing for fitness and boxing to compete are 3 completely different levels. There is no obligation to fight or spar if you don't want to.

The gym area will be a very small gym in comparison to Pump Gyms or Fitness First for example. We intend to have all the necessary equipment in there for a full body workout. HOWEVER, due to the nature of the gym, unfortunately we will not be offering "gym" memberships.

The gym will be predominantly for those in fight camps, members of the gym to use alongside training and also for the injury rehabilitation exercises.

Hopefully this could change in the future, but for now, we feel this is the best decision.
